We are looking forward to meeting Kelly Looney from Sonoma County Distilling out of Santa Rosa, who will lead us in a tasting of Rye Whiskey and West of Kentucky Bourbons. Modern Taste in legacy steeped traditional Alambic Pot Stills methods. Can you taste the terrior of Sonoma? Snacks as always provided by the talented Chef Bill! We will be tasting Sonoma Rye, Cherrywood Rye, West of Kentucky Bourbon #3, and cask strength West of Kentucky Bourbon #2.
