A new year, new challenges. Minimum wage increase, again, a 100 plus new laws to incorporate into our business plan, labor shortages, increased food, wine and liquor costs. Boy howdy, talk about keeping you on your toes!
I always liked those words, boy howdy, they said a lot in just two words, surprise, exasperation, the weight of the world, spoken by Sherriff Walt Longmire. “Boy Howdy” painted the picture of an authentic Wyoming lawman (TV series Longmire and many continuing entertaining novels). Walt never complained, just sucked it up and went about his business, so I guess I’ll just mosey along and follow his example.
How do you feel about $2.00 mimosas? Every Saturday and Sunday brunch in January that’s what you will pay when you order brunch. Sounds good to me!
