Caesar Dressing
- 3 ½ oz. Anchovies
- ¼ onion (diced)
- 1 ½ tsp. Garlic
- 3 egg yolks
- ¾ cup red vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp. Dijon
- juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 ½ tsp. Black pepper
- 3 cups olive oil
Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender. Mix well and slowly add oil to emulsify dressing.
