Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb blue crab
  • 1ea. green onion
  • 2 tbl. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbl. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tea. dijon mustard
  • 2 ½ tbl. mayo
  • 1 ½ lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tea. red curry paste
  • 1 tea. worchesteshire sauce
  • splash tabasco
  • 1 ½ cup panko
  • 1 tea. black pepper

Mix lemon juice & red curry paste together to break down. Don’t drain crab, add all ingredients mix by hand to combine ( no mixer ). Shape in 2oz cakes coat with panko. Fry crisp at 350 degrees.
