Crab Cakes
- 1 lb blue crab
- 1ea. green onion
- 2 tbl. chopped parsley
- 2 tbl. chopped cilantro
- 2 tea. dijon mustard
- 2 ½ tbl. mayo
- 1 ½ lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 tea. red curry paste
- 1 tea. worchesteshire sauce
- splash tabasco
- 1 ½ cup panko
- 1 tea. black pepper
Mix lemon juice & red curry paste together to break down. Don’t drain crab, add all ingredients mix by hand to combine ( no mixer ). Shape in 2oz cakes coat with panko. Fry crisp at 350 degrees.
