Try these recipes straight from Scott’s Kitchen at home!

Orange Basil Vinaigrette

  • ½ cup basil chopped
  • 3 oranges juiced
  • 2 tbl. chopped roasted shallots
  • 3 tbl. sugar
  • 1 tea. salt
  • ½ tea . ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil

Mix first 7 ingredients together with beurre mixer.

Slowly add oil while constantly running the beurre mixer.
