Try these recipes straight from Scott’s Kitchen at home!
Orange Basil Vinaigrette
- ½ cup basil chopped
- 3 oranges juiced
- 2 tbl. chopped roasted shallots
- 3 tbl. sugar
- 1 tea. salt
- ½ tea . ground black pepper
- ¾ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
Mix first 7 ingredients together with beurre mixer.
Slowly add oil while constantly running the beurre mixer.
