…And Here’s What’s Happening

As the ground below us constantly moves, we sit here trying to figure out what’s going to happen with the world, costs, tariffs, new rules. There seems little point in worrying, so we just throw up our hands and go about the daily business of the restaurant, serving good food to good people by good people. It’s a lot simpler that way.

We got a taste of good weather and sat some folks, including myself, on the patio. What a wonderful patio it is! The sun was shining, the water was high and fast, the view across the river excellent, the temperature was mild and when it got a little chilly, we turned on the fire pits. It was a lovely afternoon. Many more to come! Don’t wait!

We hosted a very fun Maker’s Mark tasting last week. We are exploring options for more events like this one, with afternoon lawn experiences in the summer.
